Many classes at Absolute Fitness are free, and others are
available at a modest cost. Make your Absolute experience richer and
more rewarding by participating in one of our many classes. And, if you are already part of a class - be sure to support it through regular attendance.

Floor Aerobic Classes
Boot Camp - Saturday, 7:00 AM - Free
Using a variety of equipment and basic sports training drills, Boot Camp strengthens muscles, burns fat and builds confidence. Boot Camp is a total body workout designed for all fitness levels.
Cycle - Sun. @ 8:15 AM, Tues. @ 5:30 PM, Sat. @ 8:30 PM - Free
This class has something for everyone, from beginner to advanced rider. You're in control of how challenging you make our class by adjusting your stationary bike to your own preferences. Hills, sprints, intervals or the whole enchilada, you never know what challenge awaits you when you walk through the door. In this non-competitive, energetic class you will meet each challenge and have fun at the same time. Come give it a spin!
Forever Fit - Wednesday & Friday, 9:45 AM - Free
A total body workout suitable for beginner to intermediate fitness levels. Sculpt, tone and stretch all major muscle groups, adapting and modifying the moves for any limitations you may have.
Free Motion - Tuesday @ 6:00 PM, Thursday @ 6:30 PM - $15
Get ready for a complete full body, functional workout led by a certified Personal Trainer. Come to a Free Motion class and experience a line of equipment that is versatile, easy to use and fun!! This 45 minute, 11 station circuit combines strength training, cardio intervals, core and flexibility work in a group setting. We incorporate stability balls, medicine balls, trampolines and much much more. You don't have to be an athlete to join in, but you will feel like one when you leave. All levels welcome.
Kettlebell - Tuesday & Thursday @ 10:30 AM - $10
The Kettlebell is a centuries old excercise tool that strengthens and conditions the body. It burns fat and builds flexibility like nothing else, challenging both the muscular and cardiovascular systems with dynamic, total body movements. Learn to do Kettlebell exercises safely and effectively. See results quickly!
NEW! Mobilize to Revitalize - Thursday, 5:45 PM - Free
In depth expression of stretching, rhythmic limbering and range of motion movements. Detailed focus on proper form, posture, breathing, and the mind/body connection. Designed for fun, utilizing yoga, expressive structured movements, and much more. Come on in and learn to communicate with your body.
Pilates - Friday @ 9:00 AM, Saturday @ 9:30 AM - Free
Pilates is a body conditioning routine that helps to not only build flexibility, but also strength, endurance, and coordination in the legs, abdominals, arms and back. Suitable for beginners, but challenging enough for more advanced students.
Training Camp - Wednesdays @ 9:30 AM and 5:30 PM - Free
This one hour class will challenge your strength, endurance and cardio while engaged in a full body workout circuit of stations. You will use a variety of fitness equipment (weights, bands, bosu, etc.) during this class. Modified for all fitness levels from beginners to advanced. Come join the fun!
Trekking - Tuesdays and Thursdays @ 9:30 AM - Free
Here's a fun quick class (45 minutes) that will give you an aerobic workout while simulating a mountain trek. Work out on the cardio deck - fast, slow, up, and down through timed intervals. Great for any fitness level.
Weights on the Ball - Tuesday @ 8:30 AM - Free
Work out on an exercise ball and get fit and toned! This 60 minute class provides 20 minutes aerobic warmup, 20 minutes working with weights, and 20 minutes of yoga on the ball. Unique and fun - come give it a whirl!
Zumba® Monday @ 5:30 PM - Free
Shimmy and shake your way to a healthier you. A Latin inspired fitness program, Zumba blends high energy international music and easy to follow, repetitive steps to create a calorie burning fun workout. Bring water and a smile.
Aqua Aerobic Classes
Aqua Anything Goes! Tuesday @ 8:30 AM - Free
This moderate intensity shallow water aerobics class can be modified as needed by each participant. Take the effort up or down using the properties of the water to get a great cardio workout and superb toning. Then spend the final few minutes stretching for an overall relaxed feeling You'll never know exactly what we'll be doing from class to class because "anything goes". The fun and varied class is a great way to start your morning.
Aqua Burn - Monday @ 8:30 AM - Free
Shallow water aerobics and resistance work suitable for any fitness level - modify and take it at your own pace - or ramp it up for a real challenge!
Aqua Challenge - Wednesday & Friday @ 8:30 AM - Free
A high intensity, half shallow and half deep water, cardiovascular and resistance training aqua challenge suitable for all fitness levels. A great way to start the day!
Deep Water Cardio Core - Monday @ 9:30 AM - Free
A zero impact aerobics class, participants wear a snugly fitting floatation belt (provided) to work in deep water in a vertical position. The belt allows the spine to lengthen, relieving stress between the vertebrae. Workouts focus on strengthening the core. The class is suitable for beginners to seasoned athletes. (Swimming skills not required.)
Water Trekking - Monday @ 5:45 PM, Wednesday, 6:00 PM - Free
We warm up and do 20 minutes of aerobics in the shallow end - and then we get adventurous! We alternate noodles, boards, buoys each week so everyone gets a week of their faves.
Wake Up People! - Thursday @ 6:00 AM - Free
Come start you day off the right way! Everybody is welcome to join in on a great water workout. Go at your own pace through different challenges in our state-of-the-art heated pool. From low impact aerobic exercises to resistance training using paddles and foam dumbbells. Have you ever sat on a kick board and gone the length of a pool using just your upper body? You will here! Grab your swim suit and join in.
Therapeutic - Monday - Friday @ 10:30 AM - Free
A 60 minute class in our heated pool to improve joint movement for all levels. Participants do gentle activities in warm water. The program provides an opportunity for persons with arthritis, joint problems, aching backs, fatigue, etc. To work out in our wonderful healing waters….. Meet others who also have similar problems and have fun!!! Our instructor will lead you through a series of specially designed exercises which, with the aid of the water's buoyancy and its resistance, will help improve joint flexibility. The warm water and gentle movement can also help to relieve pain and stiffness. All this done in a friendly, supportive atmosphere
Any adult may join. You work at your own pace.it is not necessary to know how to swim. Persons with severe joint problems or who have had joint surgery are Encouraged to check with their doctors about the Need for any special precautions.
Includes water trekking, hydro tone, fast paced aerobics, paddles, cardio and core strengthening for an interesting and challenging workout.
